*Headwall* Okay So shes finally done. After making myself use photoshop and the fact that My scanner had it out for me and refused to work, so I had to take a picture of it AND I had crappy lighting. The picture turned out blurry and so many other things that makes me want to kill! Okay.. I'm done ranting about my problems now.....

Intro

Charlie is the grand-daughter of the Ellil ,Babylonian wind/storm god. Her mother was one of the very last of their race, what happened to her mother is a mystery. Charlie does not know that she is part Deity, only that she is of Babylonian decent. No matter where she goes Morphev is with her. Her motivation is vengeance upon those that condemned her father and herself. She was a prototype, being conditioned as use as a weapon.

History

The events around Charlie's birth up until the age of 7 are murky at best. There were no records of her birth or even of her mother. The only one she had was her father and he never divulged about either her mother or her birth. He was a scientist, his side hobby was the Babylonian mythology. Charlie lived in a remote place in the middle east, Her father's research was something Charlie never understood. From what she could gather it had to do with her and Mo, Morphev has been Charlie's companion/ best friend since she was 7. For years It was just her father, Mo, and Charlie with the occasional visit from the men funding her father's research. It was one of those visits that revealed part of Charlie's Heritage, a Babylonian. Her Father tried many things on her, she wasn't sure what he was trying to accomplish. It wasn't until she turned 16 that she realized what made her so unique. During an induced REM, something in her seemed to bend, it caused a wind storm tearing apart the part of the lab she was in. He seemed pleased with the results and when the Funding Men came next, they wanted to see this happen. When he induced REM again, there was nothing this time. The men, angry, called him a liar and a fraud, yelling about wasting their time and money. They left in a huff, the next time she woke... She found herself in the small safe room. When looking around she found the home and lab a wreck and her father's body protecting the remains of his research. Out of Grief, the same thing that bent before was ripped away and a massive hurricane accompanied by a storm of equal force tore through the continent. Don't get confused, her father wasn't dead... he was still clinging to life, but he was never to wake again. They wound up in America, her father was in a coma... she visited him frequently at first, then her visits became once a month. Most of her time was used trying to track down the men that hurt the only person she ever had. The other spare time she had she tried to find her past, her mother, other family, but had empty leads. She has spent 5 years and killed many men (and a few women) in the name of revenge, only few remain and are doing their best to hide from her. They call her 'The merciless storm', All those involved with harming her father died a slow and excruciating death. She gets help from Alexander, an arms dealer/ weapons smuggler, etc. Alexander gains a lot from helping Charlie, He sets up her travels, and guns/ amo and helps with her father. In return for his help she does odd jobs for him, she may find them irritating and bothersome....but she needs the help.

Personality

Charlie tries to keep to herself, she gets irritated easily. She has a sharp tongue and will lash out when annoyed. Morphev happens to be the only one Charlie is attached to. She is a soft and kind woman, but only when it comes to children, animals (Its very hard for a regular person to get into her good graces). If she becomes angry, furious, hurt(emotionally hurt) she has the potential to cause massive damage. She can become unstable, slightly paranoid, and manic at certain times, These times are random. She doesn't like others very much and prefers to not have relationships with others, well other than Morphev. When angry she is ruthless, when she is angry... Mo is just as violent. A deep rooted need for vengeance causes her to not trust others or let them in easily, if at all. Most of the time Charlie doesn't really like to fight others, finds it a waste of time and distracts her from her goal. She doesn't really know how to act when around those on her side, she feels mostly awkward and tries to say away from that kind of situation.

Abilities

Power over the wind and Storm. This power is unpredictable at best, she manages to keep it in check most of the time. If she over uses it at one time it could take over her and become the destructive force of nature. She can divert bolts of lighting and/or electricity, tho it takes a lot of energy to do so. In general it wears her out rapidly when she uses this power.
Skilled in Acrobatics. She is able to run up and along walls, jump larger gaps, fit into smaller spaces, very flexible, and a number of other things that regular acrobats can do. She tends to keep in shape. She is rather fast, especially due to her size.
Photographic memory
When her adrenaline kicks in she is able use it to her advantage, it boosts her reflexes and her awareness of her surroundings. Unless she is in a manic state... she then becomes panicked and tries to hide... runs away.
She can use Morphev as weapon or a shield, she has a mental link with him. She also is the only one that Mo will ever listen to. She happens to be a weapons specialist, so she knows exactly how they work and weak points, etc.

Name: Morphev (AKA Mo)
Race: Metamorphose (Shape Shifter)
Info: True form is no longer known. Mo is an ancient being, usually takes the form of a humanoid or animal. When traveling, it takes the form of either braided leather or ribbon, It is usually wrapped around Charlie's left arm. Its past is relatively unknown and its kind are hard to come by. It has been Charlie's companion since she could remember. It is pretty much an extension of Charlie. Mo is normally referred to as a male by Charlie. Mo will not listen to anyone other than Charlie and is overly protective of her. It will not stray far from her side and is unable to die by conventional means. Relatively extreme cold is able to put him in a hibernative state. Mo will not attack unless he feels that Charlie is in immediate danger or if she directs Mo to do so. Mo cannot speak other than to talk to Charlie via their mind link.

Limitations: He cannot change into anything over 300lbs or anything smaller than a 16 inch neck chain. Cannot stand any weather below 0dergees Fahrenheit, causes him to slow and will put him in a hibernative state.
